\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWelcome to LeoTalk. These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") govern your access to and use of the LeoTalk mobile application (\"Service\"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LeoTalk.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use LeoTalk.
* Updates to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LeoTalk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

2. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Registration: You must register using a valid mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
* Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and verification codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE USE<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBecause LeoTalk is a communication platform, users are solely responsible for the messages, photos, videos, and voice notes they transmit. You strictly agree NOT to use LeoTalk to:
* Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or impersonate any individual or entity.
* Share illegal, obscene, hateful, racially offensive, or sexually explicit content, including any form of child exploitation material.
* Distribute spam, scams, phishing links, or malware.
* Harvest or collect user data (including phone numbers) without explicit consent.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. CONTENT MODERATION & ABUSE REPORTING<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTo maintain a safe community and comply with platform regulations, we enforce the following measures:
* User Blocking: You can block any user at any time within the chat settings to prevent further communication.
* Abuse Reporting: If you encounter inappropriate content or harmful behavior, you can report it directly by emailing us at leotalkapp@gmail.com with relevant details.
* Enforcement: We reserve the right to review reported cases, remove violating content, and suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

5. LICENSES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you send through LeoTalk. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and deliver your messages\/media solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
* Our Property: The LeoTalk name, logo, software, UI\/UX designs, and intellectual property belong exclusively to us. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the application.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* LeoTalk is provided on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis without warranties of any kind.
* We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT DELETION<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t* By You: You can stop using LeoTalk and request the permanent deletion of your account and related data at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting leotalkapp@gmail.com.
* By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful activities.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

8. GOVERNING LAW<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t
